Role and responsibilities
As a Legal Specialist at Synlar, you will play a vital role in ensuring the legal integrity and compliance of our multifaceted initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Legal Guidance: Providing expert legal counsel and guidance on a wide range of matters, including but not limited to contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to safeguard the interests of Synlar and its stakeholders.
- Policy Development: Collaborating with teams to develop and implement internal policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance.
- Risk Assessment: Conducting thorough risk assessments and providing proactive solutions to mitigate legal risks.
- Collaborative Approach: Working closely with cross-functional teams to support our projects' legal requirements and providing legal insights on various domains.
- Legal Research: Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure our projects are legally sound.
